Before asking us a question try looking in the FAQ to find an answer.
Q: If a cell phone is not on the list will I still get paid
for it?
A: If you send in a cell phone that is
not on the list we will price it for you. However, if you do not like
the price we will not return it. You may email us and we will give you
a price before you send it.

Q: Why do I have to fill
out the Form?
A: You must fill out the form so we can
send you a free (pre-paid) shipping label and also to determine what
payment method you prefer. We can pay you either through Paypal or a
variety of gift certificates.

Q: How long will it take
for me to get my money?
A: You will get paid within 25 days.

Q: What condition do the
phones have to be in?
A: Cell phones must be functional, the
housing or the lcd screen must not be cracked. Cell phones that do not
meet these requirments will not be returned. You may still send in cell
phones that do not work or are broken but you will not get paid for
them or you will get paid 20% of the full price.

A: If you are an organization, a school,
